Tina received her Maryland real estate license in March of 2000. Since then, she has helped over one hundred clients find and settle into new homes.

Tina was born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland and graduated from Springbrook High School. She received her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on marketing from The George Washington University. While attending college, Tina was active in organizing activities and concerts for the students. After graduation, she worked for Victoria's Secret lingerie stores as a manager for eight years. Even though she enjoyed her job at she longed for a career and to be self-employed. So in the spring of 1999, Tina entered the world of real estate and has never looked back.

Tina has been a member of Andy Werner's team since February of 2000 and has been a integral part of the team's successful track record over the years.

Before recently moving to her wonderful home in Germantown, Tina resided in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood of Washington, D.C. for eleven years. Originally from Guatemala, Marta and her family relocated to Maryland in 1978. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelors degree in Business Studies and Computer Technology. Marta worked at The World Bank for 21 years, dealing with legal issues, procurement of contracts, and database management. Marta's passion for education has continued since she joined RE/MAX in 2004. She is a Certified Residential Specialist and has completed courses at the Real Estate School as well as the Leadership Institute. Marta is also a volunteer instructor for HCI (Housing & community Initiatives, Inc.) where she conducts First Time Maryland Home Buyers Seminars. Her seminars help customers manage their finances and improve their credit scores. Marta's mission is to treat her clients with the same respect and understanding that she would demand for herself.

Outside of the office, Marta enjoys swimming, water exercise, and gourmet cooking. She loves working with people and looks forward to guiding clients through their transaction. Marta's clients agree that her expertise, follow-up system, and enthusiasm bring results!

As a former local business owner specializing in interior design, Norman’s transition into real estate was a natural one. With almost a quarter century of experience in the art of salesmanship, Norman knows the value of great customer service and has maintained excellent relationships with his clients throughout the years. He gives personal attention to detail, making sure that all aspects of the transaction are handled in an organized manner.

Norman joined Andy Werner & Associates in the winter of 2009. His organizational skills made him the perfect candidate to serve as Field Manager for our extensive REO/foreclosure property inventory. This was no small undertaking, with over 50 distressed properties located from Baltimore to Southern Maryland and points between. His responsibilities included supervising evictions, assessing property damage, acquiring bids for repairs and coordinating the various contractors to perform them, among others. His proven ability to multi-task led him to the decision to obtain his Maryland Real Estate license in March of 2010. Norman has been working as a full-time Realtor ever since.

As a Montgomery County native, his knowledge of the area is a tremendous asset assisting buyers which Norman considers to be his niche. His analytical nature gives him an edge when creating either Broker Price Opinions for our corporate clients or Competitive Market Analysis Reports for his buyers and sellers.

She graduated high school from Mount de Sales Academy and attends the University of Maryland. Stefanie assists with the marketing and administrative details in the office but what she enjoys most about working at Andy Werner & Associates is interacting with clients. Stefanie currently lives in Anne Arundel County and enjoys reading, the outdoors, cooking, and traveling with her husband, Joe.

Kim has been a licensed agent since 1997. Her experience includes property management, condo/HOA management, accounting, operations and real estate transactions. She worked for two and a half years with another RE/MAX office in Frederick County before coming to Andy Werner & Associates in 2001. Prior to real estate, she worked for a builder in New Market, Maryland as the Operations Manager. She received her Associates Degree in Business Administration in 2001 and earned her Associates Broker license in 2002. Kim has moved back and forth between Gaithersburg and Frederick since 1970 when her family first relocated to Maryland from New Hampshire. She has resided in Frederick County, this time, since 1991 and loves the mountains. She enjoys meeting and working with people. Her personal interests include traveling and the great outdoors.
